Michelle is a contemporary painter and printmaker and has been creating art professionally since the 1980’s.

More About Me

Ms. Lindblom has been fortunate to receive several advanced degrees, which ultimately led to teaching visual art at the college level for over twenty-four years. She taught drawing, painting, and coordinated the campus art galleries. During her teaching tenure, she also served as the department chair for Arts and Communication, in charge of six disciplines, 40 plus full time and part-time faculty and their budgets, and operated her own studio/gallery in her home and in downtown Bismarck, North Dakota.

Ms. Lindblom left higher education in 2015 and now works as a full-time artist in her Bend, Oregon studio. Michelle’s work has been exhibited all over the United States, as well as, England and Norway. Ms. Lindblom loves traveling and draws inspiration from her journeys and the people she has met, taught and visited along the way. Besides the Red Chair Gallery, Michelle displays her work in the Angi Wildt Gallery, Seaside, OR and is a member of the High Desert Art League and National Association of Women Artists.
